About Host Kit

Host Kit brings together ready-to-use templates — welcome booklet, cleaning checklist, inventory, listing template, message templates — for hosts renting out a short-term stay in Belgium and Luxembourg. Each template is written for this site, designed to be filled in within an hour and reused for every stay.

Who publishes this site

Host Kit is published by Hexuvium Services Limited (Dublin). Hexuvium manages short-term rental properties for owners in Brussels and offers a free estimate and full management at hexuvium.com. The templates on this site grew out of the hosting experience gathered across managed stays, rewritten to be useful to any host, whether working solo or with a management company.

A new template every week

The Resources section publishes a new practical sheet or downloadable template every week: a real situation hosts run into (an item left behind, a recurring guest question, a last-minute surprise) and the simplest way to handle it.
