Three filled-in examples, based on the message templates, showing how to adapt them to a real situation.
Example — practical reminder before arrival
"Hello Marc, your stay at Studio Flagey is coming up! Check-in from 3pm, the exact address is rue du Nord 12, 1030 Brussels. A full welcome booklet will be waiting on site. Let me know your approximate arrival time if you already know it :)"
Example — responding to a Wi-Fi issue
"Hello Léa, sorry for the trouble. Could you try restarting the router (button at the back, switch off for 10 seconds then back on)? The network is 'StudioFlagey', password 'etang2026'. Let me know if that fixes it."
Example — thank-you and review request
