This template covers six sections: a welcome note, practical information (Wi-Fi, hours, access), appliance instructions, neighbourhood recommendations, host contact details, and what to do if something goes wrong. Fill in the bracketed fields, remove any sections that do not apply to your property, then save as a PDF from your word processor to send or print.
